GETTING STARTED

CONTACT US

We have a basic getting to know your needs form to get the process started.

GET PRE-APPROVED

The first step in building a new home is to secure your financing. This way you will know how much you have to spend on your land and home. You will want to ask your lender for a construction loan specifically.

SPEAK WITH US

Once we receive your form you will be contacted by a team member to discuss your project, budget, and the status of your land and financing. If you do not have land or financing in place, we will be happy to refer you to agents who can assist you. If you do not already have house plans or plans in mind, we will direct you to several sources to begin your search.

GATHER YOUR DOCUMENTS

Before we meet to discuss your project in more depth, our team member will need to present your documents to the builder.

  • Land documents (or land of interest)

  • Pre-Construction loan approval

  • House Plans or House Plans of interest

CONSULTATION

Once the builder has reviewed your documents he will decide if this project is potentially a good match and a free consultation will be scheduled with a team member that specializes in new home building. This is the time to interview one another, hear about our process, ask questions and to discuss the pre-construction services our builder offers.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

If you choose to take advantage of our pre construction services, your team member will work with the builder to prepare you for your contract and building your new home. Some of the services include land viability, home customization's, cost sheet revisions and site visits. There is a fee for the services and requires no commitment for contract.

HOME DESIGN AND COST

Once you have provided your desired home, plans and pre-selections, we will prepare a cost sheet to present to you. This is where we fine tune your choices and help you get the most within your budget.

CONTRACT SIGNING & MEET THE TEAM

Once everything is finalized and the contract is signed, you will come in to meet with the builder and your new project manager. We will discuss the entire process for building your home and how we will work together to make it a smooth process. We will teach you how to use our industry software, Builder Trend. This is where we will keep you up to date on all the progress of your build

BEGIN BUILDING

Once the contract is signed you will have a getting to know you meeting with your assigned Project Manager and we will teach you how to use our industry software BuilderTrend. We will keep you up to date on all the progress of your project.
